Our Coconut Sugar is made from 100% evaporated coconut palm sap (Cocos nucifera) — an unrefined, minimally processed natural sweetener with a rich caramel flavour and golden-brown colour. Each 100g resealable doypack is retail-ready with clean labelling. Coconut sugar has a lower glycaemic index than regular cane sugar, making it popular with health-conscious consumers. Use as a 1:1 replacement for white or brown sugar in baking, beverages, sauces and food production. Sourced from sustainable coconut farms in Southeast Asia, lab-tested and packed in our EU-certified facility.

Preparation
Use as a 1:1 replacement for cane sugar in baking, coffee, tea, smoothies and cooking. Dissolves easily in hot liquids. Adds a rich caramel note to recipes.
