Yes. Allreasons offers both white-label solutions (our existing recipes in your packaging) and full private-label development with custom formulations. Many of our partners sell our matcha, smoothie and wellness products as their own house brand in cafés, retail stores and online shops. We handle everything from recipe development and flavour profiling to packaging design, labelling compliance and production.

Our private-label process has five stages: (1) Discovery — you tell us the product concept, target market and desired positioning; (2) Formulation — our R&D team develops the recipe, adjusting flavour, colour, sweetness and nutritional profile to your brief; (3) Sampling — you receive physical samples for tasting and approval; (4) Packaging — we design and produce branded packaging (pouches, tins, sachets or custom formats) including all EU-compliant labelling; (5) Production & Delivery — we manufacture at scale in our Latvian facility and ship to your warehouse or distribution network.

We can develop private-label versions of any product in our portfolio and beyond: matcha latte mixes, flavoured matcha blends, smoothie powders, refresher drinks, protein shakes, collagen drinks, electrolyte supplements, superfood blends and custom functional beverage formulations. We can also combine multiple ingredients into unique blends tailored to your brand — for example, a turmeric-ginger latte or a greens-and-protein smoothie mix.

Private-label MOQs are typically higher than standard wholesale orders because they involve custom packaging and sometimes custom formulation. Exact quantities vary by product and packaging type — a standard starting point for private-label pouches might be 500–1,000 units. Yes. We offer a full packaging design service — from concept and branding to print-ready artwork. Our team ensures all product labels comply with EU food labelling regulations (Regulation 1169/2011), including ingredient lists, allergen declarations, nutritional information and batch traceability. You can also provide your own design and we'll adapt it for production.

Absolutely. Our R&D team works with you to develop unique recipes from scratch. We can adjust ingredients, sweetness levels, colours, functional additives, protein content and more. We'll produce multiple sample iterations until you're happy with the taste profile, texture and nutritional specifications.

A typical private-label project takes 6–12 weeks from initial brief to first production run, depending on complexity. Simple white-label projects (existing recipes, your packaging) can be ready in 4–6 weeks. Custom formulation projects with new recipes and packaging designs may take 8–12 weeks including sampling rounds and packaging production.
