Is this matcha organic?
Premium Matcha is not certified organic. We do supply EU Organic certified matcha grades, so if organic certification is a requirement for your market, say so in the quote and we will price those grades instead.
How do I prepare premium matcha?

How long does it keep and how is it stored?

Can I get a sample before ordering?
