Where it works
In your kitchen
Six vegetables and roots, freeze-dried or dried and milled, for soups, sauces, doughs, pasta and savoury seasoning blends. The point is a measured weight of vegetable with none of the water, which is difficult with a fresh floret or root. No declared allergens on any of the six, and all six are vegan and GMO-free.

Frequently asked questions
What quantity do I need to order?
Order quantities depend on the format. The table above shows the quantity at which each format moves to wholesale pricing, and we can quote against your own volumes. Get a quote
Why is there no price on this page?
Wholesale pricing depends on format, volume and destination, so a single figure would be misleading. Tell us what you need and you get a real number the same working day. Small self-serve orders are priced openly in the wholesale shop.
Which vegetables are available?
Six: beetroot, broccoli, cucumber, ginger, parsnip and spinach. Each is the single vegetable at 100%.
How do I use a vegetable powder?
It rehydrates or blends dry into soups, sauces, dairy, doughs, pasta and seasoning mixes. Because it carries no water it works in dry recipes that cannot take fresh vegetable, and it doses by weight so a fixed recipe stays fixed. Ginger is the exception worth naming: fresh root varies in strength piece to piece and the powder does not.
Does it contain allergens, and is it organic?
No allergens are declared on any of the six, and all are vegan and GMO-free. Ginger is certified organic under LV-BIO-02. The other five are conventional and are not sold as organic.
How long does it keep and how is it stored?
24 months, and 36 months for ginger. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in a closed package.
