Preparation
Die empfohlene Dosierung beträgt 10 g des Trockenmixes Vending Matcha Latte für Kaffeeautomaten pro 100 ml Wasser. Die Wassertemperatur sollte 70 – 80 °C nicht überschreiten. Höhere Wassertemperaturen verbrühen das Matcha-Pulver und können potenziell das Geschmacksprofil verändern – das Getränk wird bitter schmecken.

How do I dose it?
10 g of powder to 100 ml of water. Keep the water below 70 to 80 °C, because hotter water scalds matcha and changes the flavour.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes. Vending Matcha Latte contains milk, from the creamer that makes it work without a milk module.
How long does it keep and how is it stored?
Eighteen months. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in a closed package.
