Vital Greens Smoothie
Vital Greens is a green smoothie made from freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, including leafy greens, milled into a convenient powder. Freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperature, so the blend keeps the natural flavour, colour and nutritional value of the whole ingredients. A single scoop rehydrates into a fresh-tasting green smoothie in seconds: simply blend or shake with water, juice or a plant-based drink. Made in Latvia and supplied in 1 kg retail cans and doypacks for everyday use, foodservice and private-label formulation.

How it works
Four steps, no barista training, no freezer.Fill a 300 ml glass halfway with ice, add 200 ml water or fill the glass to the top. Pour the contents into a blender. Add 60 ml of premix for smoothies. Put the lid on and blend until a homogeneous consistency.
