Our Dragon Fruit Pieces are freeze-dried from ripe red pitaya — preserving the deep pink-red colour, natural sweetness and crunchy texture. Each 100g resealable doypack is retail-ready. These pieces are perfect for granola blends, breakfast cereals, trail mixes, yoghurt toppings, smoothie bowls and snacking. The vivid colour and exotic appearance make them a premium ingredient for health food brands and artisan producers.

Bereiding
Add directly to granola, cereal, trail mix or yoghurt. Use as a topping for smoothie bowls, ice cream or desserts. Can be rehydrated by soaking in water for 5–10 minutes.
Bewaring & houdbaarheid
Keep the bag sealed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Hygroscopic — absorbs moisture easily.
