Which fruits are available, and how do pieces differ from powder?
Four: blueberry, dragon fruit, raspberry and strawberry. Pieces are diced or broken rather than milled, so they stay visible and keep a crisp bite in a finished product. Where you want the fruit to disappear into a mix, the powder version is the one to use.
How do I use them?
Straight into granola, cereal, bakery, chocolate, snack mixes and toppings, or rehydrated for confectionery and dairy. They can also be eaten as they are.
Why is there powder in the pack?
Pieces break in handling, so a small amount of powder alongside them is normal and is not a defect. Dragon fruit is the one supplied diced rather than broken.
How long does it keep and how is it stored?
24 months. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in a closed package.
