One body label and one lid label for each grade and tin colour, uploaded with the link in the email or sent by reply.

We check your files and email you a proof within 2 business days. Production starts when you approve it.

We print, fill and seal
We print your labels, fill 30 g of matcha into a sealed foil bag in every tin and apply your labels.

Your label, your design
You design the label, or your designer does. Use our templates so the files fit the tin, and read the label guide before you order to check that your design works.
- Body label
- 150 mm wide and 38 mm high. Add 0.5 mm bleed on every side, so the file is 151 x 39 mm.
- Lid label
- Round, 69 mm across. Add 0.5 mm bleed on every side, so the file is 70 x 70 mm.
- File
- One print-ready PDF per label, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi or more.
- Safe area
- Keep text and logos at least 2 mm inside the cut edge.

Quality and documents
Every order ships with a Certificate of Quality and a delivery note with the lot number and best-before date. We send the product specification sheet with your label text, and a copy of our EU organic certificate for the organic grades on request.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
100 tins per grade and tin colour. The price per tin is 10 % lower from 250 tins and 15 % lower from 500 tins. For 1,000 tins or more in one order, ask us for a quote.
How long does it take?
We check your files and email you a proof within 2 business days. Your tins are dispatched within 10 business days after you approve the proof.
Do you design the label?
No. You or your designer make the label on our templates and send us print-ready files. We check them, print your labels and apply them to the tins.
What does the label need to say?
The information EU food law asks for, in the language of the country where you sell. After you order, we email the exact label text for your matcha: the name, ingredients, net weight and storage, plus, for the organic grades, the EU organic logo with the code LV-BIO-02 and "Non-EU Agriculture". Your company name and address go on the label too.
Where do the best-before date and lot number go?
On a small sticker on the bottom of the tin, so your label needs no space for them.
Can I mix grades and tin colours?
Yes. Each grade and tin colour is its own line of 100 tins or more, all in one order.
Can I taste the matcha first?
Yes. Our matcha samples pack in the shop has every pure matcha grade in one box, these four included.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, with a full refund, until you approve the proof. After your approval the order is final.
What if my label is not ready yet?
Send your files within 60 days of your order. We remind you after 14 and 45 days. If no files arrive by day 60, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
Are the labels included in the price?
Yes. Printing your labels and applying them is included. Prices are excl. VAT, and shipping is added at checkout.
Which documents come with the order?
A Certificate of Quality and a delivery note with the lot number and best-before date. We also send the product specification sheet, and a copy of our EU organic certificate for the organic grades on request.
