Preparation
Pour 50 g of the mixture into a bowl and pour hot, but not boiling, water over it and stir. Cover and let the porridge thicken for 2 minutes. If the porridge is too thick, add more water.

How do I prepare it, and how many bowls does a pack make?
50 g into a bowl, then hot but not boiling water or milk. Stir, cover, and let it thicken for two minutes; add more water if it comes out too thick. A 250 g pack makes five bowls.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes. All four declare cereals containing gluten, which comes from the oats themselves. The rice flakes in the recipe are gluten free, but the product is not, and it should not be served as a gluten-free option.
How much matcha is in it?
4% in Original and 3% in Blueberry, Raspberry and Strawberry, where freeze-dried fruit pieces take up part of the recipe.
How long does it keep and how is it stored?
