SKU 48Culinary Matcha
For baking, confectionery and blends, where matcha is cooked or mixed with strong flavours and a ceremonial grade would be wasted. Supplied for production rather than for drinking on its own.

Where it works

In your café
Everything a kitchen makes with matcha rather than serves as matcha: baking, desserts, sauces and premixes. Culinary is the grade intended for cooking.
For cafes
In your product
Bakery, confectionery, ice cream and beverage premixes. The volume grade, formulated in rather than served.

What quantity do I need to order?
Order quantities depend on the format. The table above shows the quantity at which each format moves to wholesale pricing, and we can quote against your own volumes. Get a quote
Why is there no price on this page?
Wholesale pricing depends on format, volume and destination, so a single figure would be misleading. Tell us what you need and you get a real number the same working day. Small self-serve orders are priced openly in the wholesale shop.
Is this matcha organic?
Culinary Matcha is not certified organic. We do supply EU Organic certified matcha grades, so if organic certification is a requirement for your market, say so in the quote and we will price those grades instead.
How do I prepare culinary matcha?
Follow the recipe, dose as needed.
How long does it keep and how is it stored?
12 months. Room temperature; dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in a closed package.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, and we recommend it for a first order. Samples are dispatched in 3 to 5 days and usually carry a small handling fee. Ask for one in the quote form.
