Beetroot Powder
Freeze-dried beetroot powder is made from real beetroot, gently freeze-dried and milled into a fine powder that preserves the vegetable's natural earthy-sweet flavour and vivid red colour. Because freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperature, the powder retains far more of its colour, taste and nutritional value than heat- or air-dried alternatives. It blends easily into dry mixes and rehydrates readily in liquid, working as both a natural ingredient and a natural colour across beverages and smoothies, bakery and confectionery, dairy and plant-based products, sauces and dry blends. Supplied in food-grade bulk packaging for industrial and private-label use.

Where it works
In your kitchen
Seven vegetables and roots, freeze-dried or dried and milled. Six go into soups, sauces, doughs, pasta and savoury seasoning blends; ube, the sweet one, goes into lattes, bakes and ice cream, bringing colour and flavour in one ingredient. The point is a measured weight of vegetable with none of the water. That is hard to do with a fresh floret or root. No declared allergens on any of the seven, and all seven are vegan and GMO-free.

Retail packs at 100 g or 250 g depending on the product, for grocery, specialty and online. Beetroot, broccoli, cucumber, ginger, parsnip, spinach and ube, no declared allergens, 24 months of shelf life or 36 on ginger. Ginger is certified organic under LV-BIO-02; the other six are conventional.

For distributors placing a vegetable and root powder range into their own accounts. Seven products share one retail format family and a single specification approach, and ube also comes in larger packs for foodservice and manufacturing. Each product page shows where volume pricing starts. Packed in Latvia, vegan, GMO-free, no declared allergens.

Frequently asked questions
What quantity do I need to order?
Order quantities depend on the format. The table above shows the quantity at which each format moves to wholesale pricing, and we can quote against your own volumes. Get a quote
Why is there no price on this page?
Wholesale pricing depends on format, volume and destination, so a single figure would be misleading. Tell us what you need and you get a real number the same working day. Small self-serve orders are priced openly in the wholesale shop.
Which vegetables are available?
Seven: beetroot, broccoli, cucumber, ginger, parsnip, spinach and ube (purple yam). Each is the single vegetable or root at 100%.
How do I use a vegetable powder?
The six savoury powders rehydrate or blend dry into soups, sauces, dairy, doughs, pasta and seasoning mixes. Because they carry no water, they work in dry recipes that cannot take fresh vegetable, and they dose by weight so a fixed recipe stays fixed. Ginger is the exception worth naming: fresh root varies in strength piece to piece and the powder does not. Ube is the sweet one of the range: dissolve it into milk for an ube latte, or into cake, pancake and ice cream bases, where it brings the colour and the flavour together.
Does it contain allergens, and is it organic?
No allergens are declared on any of the seven, and all are vegan and GMO-free. Ginger is certified organic under LV-BIO-02. The other six are conventional and are not sold as organic.
How long does it keep and how is it stored?
24 months, and 36 months for ginger. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in a closed package.
