Coconut Sugar
Coconut Sugar is 100% organic coconut blossom sugar in gold brown granules, a single ingredient and nothing else. It is sugar with character: sweet, with a rich caramel-like note, and it swaps 1:1 for regular sugar in drinks, baking and cooking, so no recipe needs converting. The same granules stir into coffee, tea and smoothies or go straight into doughs and batters, which is why it is also the base of our matcha latte premixes. EU Organic certified, manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 500 g retail doypack.

Where it works
In your drinks
Two bases for hot drinks and baking. Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar replaces sugar 1:1 in coffee, tea, smoothies, baking and cooking, with a caramel note. Coffee Creamer Powder is built on coconut fat and glucose syrup and contains milk. The two are unrelated products and their labels differ.
Explore foodserviceOn your shelf
Retail packs, 500 g for the coconut sugar and 250 g for the creamer, for grocery, specialty and online. The coconut sugar is certified organic under LV-BIO-02 with 18 months of shelf life. The creamer is conventional, declares milk, and carries 24 months.

For distributors supplying coffee and bakery accounts. Two products, one organic and one conventional, sold on separate specifications rather than as a range. Both GMO-free and made in Latvia. Each product page shows where volume pricing starts.

Frequently asked questions
What quantity do I need to order?
Order quantities depend on the format. The table above shows the quantity at which each format moves to wholesale pricing, and we can quote against your own volumes. Get a quote
Why is there no price on this page?
Wholesale pricing depends on format, volume and destination, so a single figure would be misleading. Tell us what you need and you get a real number the same working day. Small self-serve orders are priced openly in the wholesale shop.
What is in each of the two?
Coconut Blossom Sugar is 100% organic coconut sugar, gold brown granulates. Coffee Creamer Powder is glucose syrup from wheat or maize, coconut fat, stabilisers, milk proteins, an emulsifier, an anti-caking agent and colour.
How do I use them?
Use the coconut sugar exactly like regular sugar, 1:1 in baking and cooking or stirred into coffee, tea and smoothies. The creamer is a coffee whitener and goes in dry.
Do they contain allergens?
They differ, so check the one you are buying. Coffee Creamer Powder declares milk, and it is not vegan. Coconut Blossom Sugar declares no allergens, is vegan, and is certified organic under LV-BIO-02. Both are GMO-free.
How long do they keep and how are they stored?
18 months for the coconut sugar and 24 for the creamer. Store both in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in a closed package.
